Business Process Analyst

The Role

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to transform chaos into clarity for our top-tier clients. You will be responsible for mapping workflows, optimizing Excel/VBA processes, and gathering requirements for automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and optimize Excel models and VBA macros.
• Gather and document detailed requirements for automation initiatives.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training on new solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
