01What to Expect
No pitch. A working session.
01Bring the mess
The spreadsheet nobody is allowed to touch, a sample report, the process only one person understands. Redacted is fine. The realer the artifact, the sharper the answer.
02The call itself
You talk to the engineer who would do the work. The first ten minutes are yours: how the operation actually runs. The rest are ours: what we would build, how the engagement is priced, and whether we are the wrong instrument.
03What you leave with
A short written summary of what we would do, in plain language. No deck, no proposal theater. If it is a fit, we scope the embed. If it is not, you keep the summary.
